“全天候”的第一個意思形容“不受天氣限制，在任何氣候條件下都能使用或工作”。英語可以譯為all-weath?er。例如：

1.這架全天候飛機在惡劣天氣中飛行數小時，最終半夜在機場安全降落。

“全天候”可以引申為“不受意識形態束縛，不受國際政治影響，相互支持的國家關系”。英語可以譯為all-weather。例如：
