chaotic phenomena in express service.)“亂象”就是“混亂或無秩序現象”，英語譯為chaoticphenomenon,disorderlyphe?nomenon,messyphenomenon。例如：1.有關政府部門已采取有效措施制止有些小販在人行道上擺攤等亂象。Theconcern?inggovernmentaldepartmenthasadoptedeffective measurestostop such chaoticphenomenaassettingupstallsbysomevendorsonthesidewalks.

“混亂局面”和“混亂狀況”，英語譯為 chaotic state, chaotic situation。例如：5.這個歐洲國家的總理批評他的內政部長，說沒有什么借口可以掩飾他們國家這種內政混亂局面。ThePremierof theEuropeancountrycriticizedhisMinis?terofInternalAffairs,sayingthattherewasnoexcuseforthis chaotic stateofinternalaffairsintheircountry.▲
