“險象”的第二個意思是“危險的現象或情形”，英語譯為dangerous phenom?enon, hazardous phenomenon。例如： 2.當今困擾這個亞洲國家的險象是遍布各級政府的官員腐敗。The dangerous phenom?enon gripping the Asian country today isthe official corruption, which is pervasiveat all levels of government.

“險象環生”或“險象迭生”的意思是“危險的情形一次又一次出現”，英語譯為(dangerous phenomenon) to appear
