如何寫建議信

一、建議信寫作攻略：

建議信是作者就有關問題進行分析并針對這些問題向收信人提出自己的看法和建議的一種寫作文體。建議信有可能是寫給個人，就其遇到的某個問題提出自己的看法和觀點;也可能是寫給某個組織和機構，就改進其服務提出建議或忠告。建議信要寫明寫信的原因，建議的內容，提出建議的理由。提出的理由要入情入理，語氣一定要禮貌得當。因此建議信要寫得目的明確、簡明扼要，具有合理性和說服力。

二、建議信寫作注意事項：

1.建議信寫作一定要符合英語信件的基本格式。

2.建議信的基本時態多用現在時和一般將來時。

3.掌握建議信的語言特點：態度要誠懇，語言要委婉、禮貌，顧及對方感受。

4.建議內容要詳盡具體，不能含糊其辭;可提供的建議通常是多個，因此要注意各條建議之間的銜接。

5.建議的角度要多樣化，避免重復。
