人文關懷在腹腔鏡下小兒疝氣手術護理中的應用

【摘?要】目的：以在我院接受腹腔鏡下手術治療的小兒疝氣患兒為研究對象，探討患兒采用人文關懷的效果。方法：將68例小兒疝氣患兒分為試驗組（n=34）、參考組（n=34），所有患兒均接受腹腔鏡下小兒疝氣手術及術前準備指導、生命體征監測及病情觀察等常規護理，同時給予試驗組患兒人文關懷。結果：試驗組患兒VAS評分較參考組低，下床活動時間及住院時間較參考組患兒短（P<0.05）。試驗組術后出血等并發癥總發生率8.82%，參考組23.53%，試驗組患兒術后并發癥總發生率明顯更低（P<0.05）。結論：為采用腹腔鏡下手術治療的小兒疝氣患兒提供人文關懷能夠促進患兒術后康復并可減少術后出血等相關并發癥。

【Abstract】Objective：?To?investigate?the?effect?of?humanistic?care?in?children?with?pediatric?hernia?treated?by?laparoscopic?surgery?in?our?hospital.?Methods：?68?children?with?hernias?were?divided?into?experimental?group?（n=34）?and?reference?group?（n=34）.?All?children?underwent?laparoscopic?hernia?surgery?and?preoperative?preparation?guidance，?vital?signs?monitoring?and?disease?observation.?Such?as?routine?care，?while?giving?the?test?group?children?with?human?care.?Results：?The?VAS?scores?of?the?children?in?the?experimental?group?were?lower?than?those?in?the?reference?group.?The?time?of?getting?out?of?bed?and?the?length?of?hospital?stay?were?shorter?than?those?in?the?reference?group?（P<0.05）.?The?total?incidence?of?complications?such?as?postoperative?bleeding?in?the?experimental?group?was?8.82%，?and?the?reference?group?was?23.53%.?The?total?incidence?of?postoperative?complications?was?significantly?lower?in?the?experimental?group?（P<0.05）.?Conclusion：?Providing?human?care?for?pediatric?hernia?patients?treated?with?laparoscopic?surgery?can?promote?postoperative?rehabilitation?and?reduce?postoperative?bleeding?and?other?related?complications.
