柬旅游從業者參加中文導游培訓班

11月2日，由中國文化和旅游部、柬埔寨旅游部、中國駐柬埔寨大使館共同主辦的2021柬埔寨中文導游線上培訓班，舉行了開班儀式。中國文化和旅游部副部長張旭、柬埔寨旅游部部長唐坤、中國駐柬埔寨大使王文天等通過視頻參加開班儀式并致辭。據悉，本次培訓為期一個月，由來自中國的資深講師、中柬文化學者和柬埔寨國家級導游分別開展170余節的專題授課。

2021年中越青年友好會見活動成功舉行

10月29～31日，由中國共青團中央和越南胡志明共青團中央共同主辦的2021年中越青年友好會見活動以視頻會議的形式在“云”端舉辦。中國共青團中央國際聯絡部部長董霞、越南胡志明共青團中央國際部（代）部長鄭氏梅芳出席開幕式并致詞。會上，中越兩國青年圍繞青年交流、疫情防控、國際合作、青年參與等主題進行了廣泛深入的對話和交流，進一步增進中越之間的了解，傳承了中越友好情誼。

柬馬德望省將計劃打造“人工?！?/p>

10月25日，柬埔寨馬德望省旅游局局長瑞毅皮尼薩拉向媒體表示，馬德望省政府將計劃開發“人造海灘”項目，旨在重振馬德望省旅游業，該“人造海灘”距離馬德望市約13公里。他表示，目前該人工海項目的設計已經完成，并且處于準備執行的階段。馬德望省有著豐富的古廟文化遺產以及自然旅游景點，人工海的打造可以為前往馬德望旅游的游客提供多樣化的新選擇。

柬埔寨計劃開放國門迎接國際旅客

10月15日，柬埔寨國家抗疫委員會發消息稱，柬埔寨計劃在年底前開放國門，允許已完成接種新冠疫苗的國際旅客入境。柬埔寨國家抗疫委員會常務副主席翁本莫尼洛連續兩天召開會議，討論開放國門的行動。會議透露，柬埔寨將正式推出“沙盒旅游計劃”。此前，為重振被疫情沉重打擊的旅游業，柬埔寨首相洪森指示主管部門推出“沙盒旅游計劃”，首先在吳哥窟所在地暹粒省和海濱城市西港推行。

菲律賓本地游客可免費進行新冠檢測

為了振興菲律賓旅游業，菲旅游部宣布從11月1日起向本地游客提供免費的新冠檢測服務。菲旅游部表示，游客必須通過網站進行注冊，并提供經確認的交通和住宿訂單，每天批準申請人數上限為350人。該機構也呼吁游客在出發前再次與航空公司以及酒店確認相關事項。該機構補充道：“對于11月1號前已提交申請的游客，無需提交新的申請?！?/p>

泰國將于11月開展水燈節活動

近日，泰國總理巴育批準泰國于11月舉辦水燈節活動，以繼承和發揚泰國傳統文化，但各方仍須嚴格執行防疫規定。泰國總理府副發言人拉查妲在10月30日表示，為保障節日安全，政府要求有關部門配合禁放天燈、禁燃煙花爆竹、避免飲酒等活動;確保載客車輛秩序和安全;嚴格遵守防疫措施，所有人員佩戴口罩，必要時采取限流措施，防止出現人員擁擠現象。

曼德勒大象營地將開發成旅游休閑地

10月25日，據《緬甸之光》報道，在曼德勒市與彬烏倫縣之間的瓦楞大象營地為了吸引游客，計劃建成一座休閑旅游場地。目前該大象營地仍處于關閉狀態，大象營地負責人表示，當營地重新開放時，游客們可乘坐大象游覽這一帶的山川景色。從瓦楞營地啟程，設置有長途及短途的騎象旅程，短途旅程每人3000緬元（約15元人民幣），長途旅程每人5000緬元（約25元人民幣）。

泰國洛坤府考巒山發現罕見寶石蘭

10月20日，據泰國《中華日報》報道，泰國洛坤府考巒山發現世界上罕見的寶石蘭。泰國植物研究團隊對比分析后認為，泰國發現的寶石蘭與之前在馬來西亞發現的寶石蘭十分相似，但特征上仍有差別，因此，他們認定泰國新發現的寶石蘭是新的物種。加上菲律賓發現的寶石蘭物種，泰國應該是東南亞國家內第三個發現有罕見寶石蘭的國家。目前，泰國研究團隊已在PhytoKeys期刊上發表文章。

新加坡旅行通道開通后迎首批游客

10月20日早上6點40分左右，第一批通過“疫苗接種旅行通道”（簡稱VTL）抵達新加坡的250名旅客陸續到達樟宜機場。大部分旅客表示，入境過程相當順利，在機場完成新冠病毒檢測后便可離開機場。據統計，從荷蘭阿姆斯特丹起飛的有80多名乘客，從倫敦起飛的有170名乘客。在VTL計劃之下，新加坡旅行社從門可羅雀的光景中開始出現復蘇跡象。

蘭卡威成為馬首個國際旅游泡泡試點

近日，馬來西亞總理伊斯梅爾·薩布里發聲明宣布，蘭卡威將成為馬來西亞首個國際旅游泡泡試點，該試點項目11月15日起正式向國際游客試行為期3個月的開放，開放對象為在獲得馬來西亞政府批準的國家之列，且已經完成接種兩劑新冠疫苗的“高經濟效益游客”。國際游客至少在蘭卡威停留3天，并提供出發前72小時的新冠病毒檢測結果陰性證明。同時，需要購買保額至少為8萬美元的保險。

老撾青年學者著書講述中國—東盟故事

近日，《中國與東盟：命運共同體的生動實踐》一書在中國出版，該書作者是老撾的青年學者素里耶·莫那拉。2021年恰逢中老建交60周年、中國—東盟建立對話關系30周年。素里耶表示，在這特殊的時間節點，希望讓更多的人了解和認同人類命運共同體，攜手共建人類更加美好的未來。在書中，素里耶結合自身經歷和大量案例，從東盟的視角分析東盟發展歷史，展望“一帶一路”倡議和“人類命運共同體”為東盟提供的美好未來。

亞航恢復普吉島航班

隨著泰國國門的重新開放，亞航于11月5日起恢復往返吉隆坡和普吉島的航班，每周提供4趟從吉隆坡起飛的航班。馬來西亞亞航首席執行官表示：“普吉島沙盒計劃對馬來西亞游客重新開放是一個重要的里程碑，我們期待在這條廣受歡迎的休閑航線上增加更多航班?！?/p>

Xinjiang ski resort opens on National Day

China saw 515m trips during Golden Week， slightly down from last year

Jinhai Lake rolls out H plan

Mogao Grottoes world heritage site closed for epidemic control

SIAL exhibition nourishes Chinas food and beverage sector

October 15， 2021 （China Daily） -- One of the worlds biggest food and beverage exhibitions， SIAL， will be held in Shanghai from May 18 to 20， 2022. The exhibition will have eight themed halls for leisure food， imported food， convenience food， high-end beverages， meat and frozen food， grain， oils， condiments， dairy and health products.
