Step 1 文體感知

建議信是書信的一種形式，屬于應用文。建議信是寫信人向收信人就某事提出自己的建議或忠告的一種文體，有可能是寫給個人，就收信人遇到的某個問題提出自己的看法和觀點;也可能是寫給某個組織或機構，就改進其服務等方面提出建議或忠告。

建議信第一段常用句式：

1. I m glad to receive your letter asking for my advice on... 很高興收到你就……征求建議的來信。

2. Learning/Knowing that...， I d like to give some suggestions which I think should be helpful. 得知……，我想提供一些可能有幫助的建議。

3. You have asked me for my advice on... 你向我征求關于……的意見。

4. I am writing to express my views concerning... 我現在寫信是想表達我對……的看法。

5. Here are a few suggestions to help you. 這里有一些幫助你的建議。

6. My suggestions are as follows. 我的建議如下。

建議信第二段常用句式：

1. Firstly， why not join a club？ If you do this， you can make friends. 首先，為什么不參加一個俱樂部呢？如果你參加，你就會交到朋友。

2. Secondly， you should try to talk with others. That way， you will feel better. 其次，你應該嘗試與人交談。這樣，你會感覺好點。

3. Thirdly， it would be a good idea if you read a book or listen to music. By doing this， you will calm yourself down. 第三，看書或聽音樂將會是個不錯的主意。這樣做的話，你就會使自己平靜下來。

4. Last but not least， you should talk with her first. 最后但同樣重要的是，你應該先和她談一談。

建議信結尾段常用句式：

1. I hope you will find these proposals helpful/practical. 我希望這些建議對你有幫助/有用。

2. I hope my suggestions will be of some help. 我希望我的建議會有所幫助。

3. I would appreciate it if you would consider my suggestion. 如果您能考慮我的建議，我將不勝感激。

4. I will be more than happy to see improvements in this regard. 如果在這一方面有所改善，我會非常開心。

5. As time goes on， people will know you better and will like to make friends with you if you can follow the above advice. 如果你遵從以上建議，隨著時間的推移，人們會更加了解你，并愿意和你交朋友。
