上闕:①“第五屆全國土肥和諧大會”主旨報告——“我國腐植酸肥料勝利走過化肥零(負)增長五年光輝歷程”一文,由3又5分與1又3分組成,簡稱《“3513”腐植酸肥料工程》。②“四梁八柱”中,“四梁”系指“發展基石、發展動能、發展成果、 發展使命”;“八柱”系指“有思想、有實踐,有理論、有產業,有技術、有標準,有試驗、有福田,有效益、有活力,有品質、有生活,有英才、有干勁,有使命、有擔當”。③通過工業活化腐植酸,集成大中微有益元素,智造腐植酸肥料,行否定之否定反哺(土壤)之道。④“土肥和諧”的要義是,土離不開肥,肥離不開土,土肥一家親。

下闕:①“兩個最大”指的是腐植酸和化肥。對土壤碳庫和肥力而言,腐植酸是土壤中最大的“儲碳庫”和衡量土壤肥力的“金標準”;對作物養分外供而言,化肥是植物養分外供最大的“給養庫”;前者是內供最大,后者是外供最大。②化肥因為化學合成,屬于植物“外供養分”。土壤“內供營養”來自“有機質-腐殖質-腐植酸”,即腐植酸是土壤肥力的“運轉倉庫”。③“黑色腐植酸+白色化肥”最具“土肥和諧”的太極之道。黑(腐植酸)白(化肥)結合,是構筑“土肥和諧”的關鍵。④“五力”系指土肥核心力、國家品牌力、同源相生力、惠民集合力、成果見證力。
