護理管理中臨床護理路徑應用與研究

[摘要] 目的 分析臨床護理路徑（CNP）用于護理管理中的價值。 方法 選取2018年9月至2020年9月診治于棗莊市皮膚病性病防治院的住院患者123例。以隨機數字表法分為A組62例和B組61例，A組予以CNP護理，B組予以常規護理。比較兩組患者住院時間、護理滿意狀況和自我護理能力。 結果 A組住院時間為（5.26±0.48）d，短于B組的（7.59±0.88）d，差異有統計學意義（P<0.05）;A組的護理滿意相關維度評分均高于B組，差異有統計學意義（P<0.05）;A組患者的自我護理能力高等水平占比為64.52%，高于B組的42.62%，差異有統計學意義（P<0.05）。 結論 在臨床護理期間加用CNP護理能夠加強管理效果，而且可縮減患者的住院周期，提升滿意度，使其具備較高的自我護理技能。

[Abstract] Objective To analyze the value of clinical nursing pathway（CNP）in nursing management. Methods A total of 123 inpatients treated in Zaozhuang Hospital for Dermatitis and Venereal Disease Prevention and Treatment from September 2018 to September 2020 were selected as objects. According to the random method， they were divided into group A （62 cases， CNP） and group B （61 cases， conventional nursing）. The length of stay（LOS）， patients′ satisfaction with nursing and self-care ability were compared. Results LOS was （5.26±0.48） days in group A， which was shorter than that of （7.59±0.88） days in group B， with statistically significant differences（P<0.05）. The scores of dimensions related to patients′ satisfaction with nursing were higher in group A than those in group B， with statistically significant differences（P<0.05）. The proportion of patients with high self-care ability in group A was 64.52%， which was higher than that of 42.62% in group B， with statistically significant differences（P<0.05）. Conclusion During clinical nursing， CNP can strengthen the management effect， shorten LOS of patients， improve their satisfaction with nursing and make them have higher self-care ability.

在醫療技術的優化下，患者的醫療服務要求日益提升，使得臨床醫學更加重視醫療服務的個體化和整體性[1-2]。常規護理未關注護理人員和患者間的協調處理，未細化護理方案，且護理措施無相關條例支持，具有局限性。臨床護理路徑（Clinical nursing pathway，CNP）在患者的住院全程擬定預見性措施，可指導臨床診治工作，且能規范飲食與生活行為。其護理內容處于持續性改進狀態，可保證服務項目符合臨床實際，進而節約醫療成本，縮減患者的治療費用，是收益性較高的護理方法。但其需要護理人員具備高超的CNP護理能力，可隨機應變，合理安排，最大化發揮其護理價值。本研究選取2018年9月至2020年9月在本院住院的123例患者，用于分析CNP護理的效用，現報道如下。
