石塔山曾是一位村長居住過的廢棄房屋。位于村莊的中心，屋頂采用和錆瓦（kawara plates）鋪設。雖然大家都認為我們應該將這座房屋利用起來，但是以往我們難以物色到可以購買這座房屋并成為這座房屋主人的合適人選。因此，我們曾嘗試與每一位有意向的人一起買下這座房屋并進行改造。終于我們籌集了足夠的購買資金，并于2020 年夏天開始了Fushin（總承包）風格的改造工程。

Shita-san was the abandonend house,where the village headman lived in the past.It has great kawara plates roof and locates center of the village.Though everyone understood that we should utilize this house,it was difficult to find "someone" who can buy and have responsibility of the future of this house.Then,we tried to buy and work for Shita-san with everyone who has interests together.Finally,we collected enough funds to buy and started renovation process with the style of "Fushin" (General Contract),in the summer 2020.
