國家強制性標準《聚乙烯吹塑農用地面覆蓋薄膜》(GB13735-2017)于2018年5月1日起正式實施,新標準提高了地膜厚度,增加了拉伸強度和斷裂伸長率,從源頭保障了地膜的可回收性。應加強對地膜生產企業的監管,嚴格按照國家標準生產地膜,推進高標準加厚地膜的應用。同時要嚴格打擊秦州區農資市場上存在的不符合標準的地膜,杜絕非標準地膜在秦州區生產、銷售和使用。此外新地膜標準的實施,延長了地膜使用時間,增加了地膜的可回收性,應強化對一膜兩年用等延期利用技術的推廣,減少地膜投入量。
