《通用規范漢字表》一級字音形比注研究（八）

摘 要：2013年6月，國務院公布了《通用規范漢字表》（共收漢字8105個，分為三級），這是落實《國家通用語言文字法》，滿足當今社會各領域用字需要的重要漢字規范，是建國50多年來漢字規范的總結、繼承和提升?！锻ㄓ靡幏稘h字表》收一級字3500個，主要是滿足基礎教育和文化普及等基本用字需要。為了滿足人們用字需要，筆者將3500個一級字字音、筆畫、古今造構字類型進行了標注。

《通用規范漢字表》一級字表收字3500個，主要滿足基礎教育、文化普及、出版印刷、辭書編纂和信息處理等方面的基本用字需要。一級字表通過語料庫統計和人工干預方法，主要依據字的使用度進行定量、收字和分級。一級字表的研制，主要使用了國家語言文字工作委員會現代漢語平衡語料庫（收錄1919—2002年人文和社會科學、自然科學、綜合等三大類的55個學科門類的語料，9100萬字符）、現代新聞媒體動態流通語料庫（收錄2001—2002年15種報刊的語料，3.5億字符）、教育科普綜合語料庫（收錄1951—2003年中小學通用教材及科普讀物的語料，518萬字符）、兒童文學語料庫（收錄1949—2007年適合義務教育第一、二學段閱讀的兒童文學的語料，570萬字符）、《現代漢語詞典》（第五版）、《新華字典》（第十版），并參考了其他語料庫的工具書。

本文中“序號”為《通用規范漢字表》中一級字的字序。有些音節后的黑點表示此音節為輕聲音節。標有下劃線的一級字為近代產生的漢字。一級字的筆畫以阿拉伯數學的方式放置在漢字的右上角。本文對每個一級字字形都作了古今變化的探索性分析，標注了古代漢字的造字法和現代漢字的構字法。古代漢字的造字法分為象形、指事、會意、形聲4種造字類型;現代漢字的構字法分為意符字、意音字、記號字、意號字、音號字、意音號字、合音合意字7種構字類型（意符是指跟整字在意義上有聯系的字符;音符是指跟整字在讀音上有聯系的字符;記號是指跟整字在意義和讀音上都沒有聯系的字符）。

A Study on the Phonetic and Morphological Comparison of the First Level Characters in the General Standard Chinese Character Table （Ⅷ）

Abstract： In June 2013， the State Council published the general standard Chinese characters list .8105 Chinese characters in total， divided into three levels. This is an important Chinese character specification to implement the national general language and character law and meet the needs of all fields of today's society. It is a summary of the Chinese character specifications over the past 50 years since the founding of the people's Republic of China. It continues and promotes the general standard Chinese characters to receive 3500 first level characters， mainly to meet the basic education and literature In order to meet the needs of people's use of characters， the author annotated 3500 types of first-class characters， pronunciation， Yao strokes， ancient and modern word formation.
